Bloodlines Antitribu reshapes Vampire the Masquerade and makes it playable from a totally different aspect. The most noticable ones are the 7 new clans, 12+ new disciplines at the players disposal with addition of overhauled gameplay, making it more diverse by letting the player explore other aspects of Vampire the Masquerade, such as being able to join the sabbat, and explore new locations never before seen in the game.

The 7 clans that are introduced in Bloodlines Antitribu are:

  1. Tzimisce Antitribu - Known as Fiends, they are notorious for their abilities warp flesh and their cruelty. The handful of Camarilla Fiends use their abilities to be beautiful aristocrats rather than grotesque freaks.
  2. Lasombra Antitribu - Wielders of Abyssal powers, the Lasombra are the Kings and Queens of Shadow. Though the Magisters are bitter rivals to the Ventrue, their most hated enemies are their Sabbat cousins.
  3. Giovanni - Affluent and wielding power over the dead, the Giovanni have been independent from the sects for centuries. In recent nights a small number of Giovanni have defected to the Camarilla.
  4. Old Clan Tzimisce - These Old World Fiends maintain the ancient traditions of their clan, including their grudge against the Tremere. Old Clan Fiends can wield their own powerful blood magic called Koldunism.
  5. Ravnos - Almost extinct, Clan Ravnos struggles to preserve their proud Eastern traditions these nights. They are called Deceivers due to their power over illusions.
  6. Nagaraja - Nagaraja must consume both blood and flesh to survive. These twice-cursed Flesh Eaters are the almost extinct legacy of ancient necromantic mages.
  7. Samedi - The Haitian Samedi are necromancers and professional killers. Though fiercely independent, they often take Camarilla contracts.

The mod is currently "under development" (work in progress), and you may track its progress from this page: Bloodlines Antitribu Progress Report

Hello to all Bloodlines Antitribu fans, we are getting very close to the initial release of the mod, which will include most of the essentials included. Some of the planned details will have to wait until later releases. However in order complete the initial release we need help in completing one of the main aspects of the Mod. Which are the character models known as Playable Characters, also known as PC.

What Do We Need?

We need able texturers to help us create high quality models that are going to be the main aspect of the game. We have concepts ready, only thing we need is for someone to apply them and make the textures for them, which then we stick to our models.

You already have seen our work and know the level of quality that we seek. Typical paint jobs is not what we are looking for - we need the ability of the texture to change a simple model into an entirely different one by using only textures. You can see some of our work listed here: PC/NPCs

Detail is everything, and since we are focusing on the Playable characters - meaning they will be seen the most throughout the entire game, and they need to be perfect.

We don't want to waste your time asking you to make something to then reject. Hence we leave it up to you to decide whether you can or cannot do the job.

What we need from you before you try to apply is a sample of your work - preferably on bloodlines (since texturing in this game is very tricky). And we also need comitment. This is a free project, and does not give you any monetary benefits, we work for the joy of the community and our love for the WoD - so when you join up make sure you can complete whatever task is given to you, and that you won't mysteriously disappear.

We have had many many people who joined to do parts of the work, specially those that wanted to help with programming, and then they simply vanished - and it is understandable. This game is not an easy game to mod - specially when you want to touch the engine itself. Also real life has a way of messing things up, if you simply can't do something due to an event in your life we understand, but if the event is predictable, please make a note of it so that we can have a contingency plan for the work assigned. You have to know the risks when you want to sign up.

If you can only do a small part its cool, small by small we work our way up to completion.

How to Sign Up?

Quite easy, send a sample of your work, and talk a little about your experience and also why are you interested in this particular project. Knowing about the WoD is a plus, since spontaneous acts of creativity can improve both your work, and the project overall.

Upload a sample of your work, and send it to me via PM here Send PM - However do notice that you have to upload your work on external links since PM system does not allow you to send me files - I suggest uploading on external file hosting sites - preferably RapidShare, MediaFire or SendSpace.

Alternatively if you do not want to sing up to ModDB - you can simply send an email to:

Anyway that is all for now. Have a great day and don't forget to visit the site and like our newly opened Facebook Page which automatically is automatically updated when an Upload is posted on the site - so if you wanna see them first hand before they are posted anywhere else - thats the place to go to get the earliest notification.

Hey. Saw this mod a while back and am now hearing you're planning to remove Ravnos as a clan?

I know there's been a bit of discussion both sides; for and against the idea... but just want to know (as of this date) -- is Ravnos still being planned to be a part of this mod because admittedly: that's the only reason I'd play this mod (I hate being honest in this regard).

They're my favourite clan but I can completely understand your reasons behind this potential move.

Thanks again.

You are a Ravnos player correct? then you know that Chimestry is a very complicated discipline that revolves around illusions. We tried everything. Even magically seperating each level into 3 sub powers. But it just didnt cut it.

Post number 23:

and post number 33 describes how Chimestry should really be:

the problem is that Ravnos is about illusions, you should be able to summon a bus siren to disperse the enemy, or even crazier stuff that could in theory win you an entire situation. We tried something like that, it was either OP or not creative at all. We cant just insult this discipline.

However, I can tell you that you wont be disappointed with what the mod has to offer. and there will be a ravnos in the far future, however not as a playable clan, but perhaps as an companion of sorts.

Other clans also bring an excellent range of powers that will show you why whatever we make wont be on par with Ravnos's current situation.

I consider such pseudo-chat, as it has actually nothing to do with the real MOD you worked so hard on. Yet if you prefer:

"Oh please enter the Baali with a fat skinhead male resembling me AND please the Cappadocians with a slim Gothic female resembling my latest Ex?" Such crap is anti-productive, immature and selfish.

I believe your MOD will (and should) speak for itself, as it is obviously quite a conversion away from the base game with La Croix. And from your page I expected a Sabbat Focus anyway, where Ravnos are neutral or destroyed...

Yeah I saw the forums and discussion about it and I agree - what's been suggested so far is complicated and won't do it justice.

I'm just wondering why chemistry can't be simplified like presence was in this game - i.e. a very basic aura power.

I know it probably wouldn't please everyone but playing the Ravnos clan was what I was most looking forward to this mod and what drived me to want to play it at release. I'm not saying this mod isn't interesting; it's already got my attention but I hope that a decent clan will be substituted, instead... and not some rushed-out-clan or a bit of pandering to people who want something not original nor unique. I've already seen Caitiff suggested and freaked out at the mention of it.

If you were to do a Ravnos companion: I'd want it after the game and if it was feasible to do as well as working well within the mod.

Thanks again for the relatively quick response and wishing the mod and collective team behind it all the best.

If this mod wanted to be rushed, you would see a release two years ago. We spend more time on a single clan, than others do on entire mods (bloodlines or other games). Trust me, what comes is actually pretty interesting and unique. Something you have seen no where else.

In your opinion, an aura power for Ravnos, wouldnt it be lazy? i think it would be an insult to 90% of the ravnos fans to have their beloved discipline turned into an aura, thats what we did before, but we weren't happy. We cant tolerate lazy work.

I personally objected to the Catiff idea, people thought it would be a good idea, I thought it would be a horrible one. Though I think it would be a good idea that they also see that there are people that dont like that idea, cause they kept pressuring it as a solid idea that others would like.

I pretty much agree on all counts although I wouldn't say the aura power (which doesn't have to be "very basic", like I said in my previous post) would be lazy.... It depends on implementation I guess or how far you can go with the idea really, IMHO but I can see where you're coming from. It'd either be too hard to implement or cause a split in the community.

Furthermore, I can't see why Caitiff was being pressured upon you all when I didn't see much potential honestly; haha. The scope of this mod is just too huge to have something like Caitiff right in the center of it.

I think what makes me the most excited for this mod is how long it's been in development like you said - and I respect that. I really always wanted another mod like The Final Nights (and it's a shame not many people have hopped onto the idea/concept where we get extra clans and so forth) and this looks to be it: times two, hopefully.

I can see letting go of Ravnos was not an easy decision but I'm more confident you have something of equal or perhaps even higher quality. Thanks again and no rush :P

I read that 907 have kept registered for the MOD. What I worry about is the download size, as your website shows heavy works on the so-called vanilla game.

Due to complications and extended testing we removed Ravnos - detail can be seen here:

You can suggest a new discipline and clan on this thread:

Follow the format and suggest something cool and awesome.

This came out in the alpha testing, as we realized the current version of Ravnos Chimestry is not as strong as lets say Vicissitude or Obtenebration. You can read about it on a page in the ravnos thread. We need a clan that can both be practical and cool at the same time.

If you're still looking for suggestions as far as what to replace Ravnos with... then... how about the Kiasyd?

Downpour May 23 2014, 1:09am replied:

The problem with the Kiasyd is that they'd be a little OP compared to the other clans. Not only do they have their own discipline of Mytherceria, but they also have Obtenebration. Each other clan presented in this mod only has one clan specific discipline.

Are you planing on making another clan and then add them and then test it and then release the mod, or are you going to release it and then add the last clan at a later date? *Please be the later, pretty please* :)
