Almost a decade after its release, Blood 2 will be resurrected as an all new game.
It's receiving a major face lift, and been completely retextured and extensively modified. The game code will be extensively worked on, and new weapons and enemies will be featured, all in a style that is more closely related to the original Blood. All new levels will also enhance the brand new storyline created for this modification.
Much work has already been completed on this massive effort to repair and improve Blood 2 and there's plenty of new and exciting features still yet to come.

It seems that some people don't care for witnessing lengthy atmospheric and experimental videos. The previous video that was posted here was never meant to be any kind of trailer for this project. But I thought there might be some interest in viewing it, and comments are always appreciated.
So for those with little time or short attention spans, I now offer an official Resurrection trailer. It's short, fast paced, action packed, and uses a modified sci-fi horror theme for its presentation.
Hopefully this kind of video is more of the type of thing that people want to see. It'll probably be the last video I release for awhile as well, because there's simply too many other things for me to do.

I guess Kurt never was determined to finish this game after all due to him cancelling it. I always had the suspicion he was simply using this project as a way to boost his ego until it couldn't supply him anymore and took it on the Blood Community instead before disappearing. I guess this was a sign of narcissistic injury.
He could have ignored the Hypertension team but instead he fed the troll and his own ego got the better of him which lead spiraling to his downfall.

I have taken the extreme measure of archiving this page to prevent any further attacks. If this nonsense doesn't end soon then I will cancel this project.

I think some people PM him to tell him bad things :( though there is other people who doesn't do that ;) but well archiving the page might calm down some bad trolls if that can help.
"Bad trolls" should never stop a developer from doing what s/he wants.
I agree, but they can kill their motivation. let's hope that the project will see the daylight ...
"Kill their motivation"? **** that ****, now that Hypertension died, B2R is the only major Blood project there is. A couples of fuckheads should not demotivate a master like Kurt.
I know but it happens sometimes, and since I'm posting here it means I have hope about this project :)
