Hello fellow Blitzkriegers

As many of you may be aware there are registration issues on the BK forum.

And since work has begun on Blitzkrieg Mod for Company of Heroes 2, we made a new forum.

I say to you all sign up there in order to keep the latest updates and news from us.

We will keep supporting CoH 1 as well but no more regular updates as our main focus will be CoH 2.

Xalibur we have not heard anything from him for a long time. If he may return he is free to join us at the new forum.

Yes, your basic match/skirmish ranks are affected by Blitzkrieg. I have played it for a while and gained a few ranks in each faction whether its basic match or the rare skirmish. Rank gain depends on several factors, such as the rank of your opponent. If you beat a level sixteen while only being level one you may level four times from one match. Or you could beat several people of a similar level to yourself and not rank up. I believe there are invisible "points" myself. Eventually playing people of the same level you will rank. Of course these are all just things I have noticed over a rather long time of playing.

This is partially due to bad luck, AP rounds and regular alike were bouncing off and missing. But I still would have won if the pershing didn't fire several rounds by the time I fired one or two. Just seems like a bit of a balance issue. They could get their firing speed at later rank like the other tanks and I would be fine with it.

I had already mentioned that it was partially bad luck. But I still would have won if it wasn't for the rank one Pershing's mad firing speed. I just posted that to see if anybody else had the problem, not looking for advice.

i preferd PanzerWerk's version of the campaings maps cause they were identical. but whoever they used the maps from did a pretty good job at the sp conversion sp i would suggest you try to contact PanzerWerk for the maps (the blank name maps and Caen are his i believe)
or you could do what my firend told me: copy n paste the maps then take out the sp stuff and replace it with mp stuff (i failed everytime i tried it)

Best COH mod you will find, most realistic you will get in COH, with no new factions this mod pwns everything, imagine with new factions, but its alot of work, so dont get angry on the devs if they dont add any, which i dont think they will, but anyway, play it and you will never find yourself using the vCOH shortcut again ;)

IMO "realistic" damage system should be accompanied by at least somewhat realistic resource availability and NUMBERS, yes numbers. I mean, how the hell are you calling realistic several tigers (or some other of the kind) against few shermans anyway?
In other words - nazi-favouring (game-wise) mod, plus I, personally, find it to quickly become a bit boring. And if you really want realism - go play "Men of war", or any of the various mods for it, including nazi-biased (game-wise).
