In the distant future a new moon has been discovered in the shadow of Heliph-57F. The discovery was not only made by humans, but an insectoid alien race called the Xenamorphs have also laid claim to the moon. The two races have battled for centuries and their weapons have grown to such tremendous power that they could destroy an entire planet. Both Human and Xeanamporphs decided to settle who gets control of the newly discouvered moon through a race. Each side would get 3 racers. The human vehicals made from metals and the alien vessels created from flesh.
The Centre for Arts and Technology is proud to present Blackout. Blackout is the Centre's second game developed in class. Blackout is being developed by seven Game Art and Animation students under the name Wretched Sloth Productions, with the helpful guide of a technical lead and executive producer.

I don't suggest this to a whole lot of people, the alpha at least. I can see htis mod going somewhere some day if he gets a coder and some major updates but right now it's super buggy and it way to weird.

the screens remind me of star wars episode 1 ( pod )racer wich is in my oponion the best racing game EVER giving it a download lets check it out :p
Wow! racing games
Try opening up the console and type: bind "n" "alias_oo_team".
To open the console, go into your keyboard options > advanced and check the option. To bring it up, use the tilde(~) key.

when i tried to play, and i pressed n, nothing happened, any ideas?
are u thinking of putting any weapons in... because... if u were to make this mod anything like extreme g then u would be very cool =)

Do you guys REALLY think that you will be able to complete this mod by MAY?!?! That is a real question. I want to know the answer! If you are able to do it, you would probably be the best organized mod team I've ever seen!!! Keep it up!!
The General
downloaded it from the new mirrors just fine - no servers tho. But when racing with myself, really pretty cool. Of course, very incomplete - like stated. Can't wait for some better engine sounds ect. But it races very smoothly - reminds me of F-zero ... needs booster pads and stuff... haha (if there arn't already, havn't tried it much.. its alt tab, just felt compelled to compliment ya'll). Please continue the good work!
