Instructions:
Once part 1 and 2 have been downloaded rename the files to include this format blackmesa.zip.001 for part one and blackmesa.zip.002 for part 2. Extract and copy files into sourcemods/BMS in your steamapps directory.

This mod is amazing! Feels like i'm playing a Valve's game, not a modification.
Now i understand what people felt like in 1998.

No matter how you slice it, it is still the same boring HALF-LIFE with improved graphics that look and feel outdated by four years. It was, and is, overhyped and overrated, but that does not mean that developers laid back and did nothing, oh no, they went above and beyond with level design. There are some new parts that were not in the original, but that's pretty much it. Also, it's not even a complete product. Yes, only 75% released, we're missing the final chapter of Xen. Well what can I say In retrospect.....Half Lifes graphics are Subpar compared to newer graphics.
But with half Life 2 Graphics.
They will breath New life into the original Half Life!

I long to traverse the halls of black mesa with updated graphics. The screen shots look great. I hope some one does Opposing Force and Blue Shift as well.
