This was a podcast done with two level designers from Black Mesa. While Spencer should have been more specific and reposted this himself, it was posted and you can find the interview at the bottom of that release.

Erm, skip through to almost exactly halfway through the show and you'll find the interview. I'm guessing they made some deal that meant they could only do an interview if it was included as part of the whole show.
