boom boom baby
Lol, i now remember in hl1 how huge the grenade was.
aha =)
that striped part of the sleeve looks kind of off, like, either just low res, or not realistic enough to compare with the rest of the sleeves.
something about the hands. The skin doesent look so good. Too much scratches or whatever its supposed to be (best spotted on right arm)
I hope that player skin is a temporary one.
YEa , needs MOar orange ,lawl.
How will the explosion effects b? ,and will there ,be seperatly many one's? More effects off chaos =Good for a chaos mod!.
And i wanna see a trailer test the GRE-nade on zombies S: S: S: .
the suit looks excelent
Suit looks a bit to Corner cut edges. not enough orange. looks like clothing rather then a HEV suit :(
it looks good to me
needs to have more wear on the edges of the sleeve thing... Might also want to cut down a bit on the scratches. Otherwise looks rather ace.
too many scratches? you gotta think what hes been through. explosions, debris, headcrabs, and bullets. what d you expect? spit-spot shine? dont answer that >.< but yeah.
what's wrong with using the regular v_model hands for your models, you can easily manipulate the hands to any shape you want, this skin is just kind of cartoony and not realistic enough, i'm sure it's just a test skin to be there in place until the real model arrives, but damn
The orange bracers are looks low-res and a bit oversized. The gloves part are much better.
i actually kind of like the orange skin
its ugly looking, but i think its supposed to be like that
its older than the one in Half-Life 2, you have to remember that
they do look a little bit low-res, though
Yes, the suit itself is older than the suit in HL2, but the model shouldn't be. I remember when you first put your suit on in HL2 Gordon looks at his hands for a couple of seconds, and you could clearly see what the hands should look like. The HL2 suit may be newer, but I'm willing to bet the base material that it's made of hasn't changed.
If this is just a placeholder, that's fine, but if it's not, then I suggest the developers go replay the beginning of Half-Life 2 and see what the suit should look like.
the grenade looks tiny, the grens in hl1 were huge, even if it is more realistic, i vote larger nades
to be honest umm... yeah they kinda suck but you can totally make them better make the arms "carved" in on the sides and make the end smaller so it doesnt look like a too big rain jacket :P awesome work though keep it up
just my opinion though sry if it sounded like it was my decision or something haha :P
I just hope they change the hands. These looks aweful atm, mostly because of the texture. A more detailed suit could always bring it to life, or use the hl2 one w/ modification? (suggestion).
The grenade seems, litle, tiny but, its okay after all, if the blast is bigger then the size of the nade.
Little nade is little. I remenber those from HL were ******* big.
awesome suit
The scratches really make the skin good in my opinion, Its a suit other people used in the facility, You wont expect a brandnew suit sitting in a chamber ready for your use.
Finally the grenade isn't a ******* watermelon
Love the suit, but maybe the stripes on the glove could...maybe be reduced?
FIRE IN THE HOLE!
