Black Mesa: Insecurity is a re-imagining of the Half-Life expansion Blue Shift, created for the Source engine mod Black Mesa.
So this area will no longer have the toxic goo hazard on the floor?
there is still toxic water, it is just not as prominent from this angle.
Ahhh. Gotcha! As long as I can tell where it is in-game! :P It looks great!
BTW: On the BM fourms (My registration there never gets through for some reason...) you mentioned that you were working on the "renovation site" section. If there's a civilian radio model, it might be cool to have one sitting there, playing some sort of short-ish musical loop. It'd provide nice ambiance and make sense, since work was probably being done when everything hit the fan, and the workers ran away leaving their radio on.
Just an idea I had I figured I'd share.
Ever consider making a Half-Life: Decay mod?
NO.
Why not? Sure, it requires co-op, and it was PS2 exclusive, but I don't remember it being too bad, and it's considered canon (What with Breen showing up and the two hazard suits worn by the protagonists there missing in the base game), I think it would be neat. Your choice, but again, why not?
Maybe you should play it again, because Breen is not in it. You might be thinking of Rosenberg, who was ALSO in this.
