The first one would be to make templates nameable; that's something numerous hoi3 players asked for, and that paradox never did. Also, if you rename your template to "Infantry" or "Eavy Armour" when you produce them, it could be great that the name taken fits the template name like: "Infantry Division" or "Eavy Armour Division" (like [number] [x] Division)
I don't know if it's doable ;), but I think it is (at least, I hope so)
Also, I find that air commanders earn traits extremly slolwly, maybe am I missing something
