Hi,

at August 39 you can trigger the event 2. Aufstellungswelle. The Event is broken. (or is the event a part of the mod 3.Reich?) The Event triggers and the armies are build, but only the Stabs brigades. (100 Men) No Infanterie and no other brigade in the regiments.

This is intended. You have to build the rest of the divisions. The event simply gives you the unique div HQ counters.

We will probably make more of these types of events so that the player can use more unique counters for his division builds.
