What does Black ICE add to HOI3?

Is the AI getting improved? I dont want the AI telling me they can beat the opponent and then completely dies or italy dont comes even over to help me while im fighting no matter what i do (Yep they are in my faction and close to me)
You have to set allied war goals manually sometimes. Choose a province you want them to attack, and inside the province info panel at the bottom left, there is a blank button on the bottom right of that. Click it and itll bring up flags of each of your allies, just set who you need to attack from there.
