Install Insturctions !
You need TFH patched to 4.02. Totally clean of ALL old Black ICE files and folders. Including the launchers.
Make sure you have Podcat's TFH exe ! It is found on the paradox tech support forum - You will need to register the base HOI3 game - Being a Paradox tech support product we cannot supply it to you.
Podcat's TFH exe is used to overwrite the normal TFH exe, it opens up the game memory to use more then 2Gb. The mod will not work without this.
Now place the Black ICE installer in the same directory as the TFH exe.
Run the installer making sure it is setting up the BICE folders in the TFH/mods folder.
You might also require the 6.2 map cache. This needs to be unzipped and placed in the user/documents part of your computer. Find the paradox\HOI3\Black ICE\ Map folder and place the cache in there.
Recommended screen resolution is at least 1920 x 1080.
Will not work with XP computers !

save games won't work, and you need to remove all old BICE files or there will be conflicts.
previously there is a link for 6.23 hotfix ? now it is removed ? is it not necessary anymore guys :3 ?

oh thanks, for now only need 6.22 only ? that means i am gonna reinstalled the mod.
you will be able to simply install 6.24 hotfix over the older hotfixes. It will overwrite the files where needed.
How to change starting date for ss troops, like mech or panzer?
I have managed to install BICE 6.2, but I have some issues regarding technologies. The rest of the game is perfect, but technologies seem to be disorganized and I cannot research some of them even though I have all what is required, I can initiate them but they just don't make any progress at all.
I have tried many things, but I do not understand what is going wrong.
you either have an install issue from old BICE files conflicting or you are doing a custom start game which causes problems with techs

How do I install it if I have Black ICE 3.1 preinstalled?
to be safe manually delete the BICE folder in TFH/mods and delete the BICE launchers. If you leave any BICE files behind you will have very obvious problems.

Is the download correct ? I mean when I try to install it says its damaged and I get only 639 mb, not 681 mb.

It says files are corrupted on download
I KEEP GETTING THE ERROR SETUP FILES ARE CORRUPTED......I have tried to download this mod like 30 times and every time its the same error. Not all the files are downloading regardless of what ever site you use.
May i ask what's the minimal resolution needed? My monitor can only reach 1366x768. Some techs and texts are a little bit cut, but i don't know if i'm missing more, or it's just that. Thanks.
