Looks really interessting, i like the speed of the game! I just dont like that its the defualt hl2 hands :(.. But anyway, i like how you replaced (almost) everything, would love to try it out, i could give you some constructive feedback before release =D!

there seems to be a lot of delay on firing the weapons like rocket launcher and crossbow

This looks fun, but the sound they make when jumping gets annoying really fast...
Looking awesome, the jumping sounds can get a bit irritating though.
Btw is one of those sounds from the efteling(dunno if it's used in other countries..)

It actually looks really enjoyable. I can't wait to see some more game modes added.
The only thing I found negative about it was the sounds the characters make when they jump. It sounds funny, but it gets kind of annoying after a while. Maybe make it more subtle like in Unreal Tournament 3 (they make a noise, but it's not very loud or dramatic).
The weapons are well done, but I think they could use some specularity or something. It could just be the video's quality, but the textures just seemed plain and matte without any phong or normal maps whatsoever. Adding that is ****-easy though, and this is a beta, so it's not really a big deal.

This looks awesome! What will you use for the gibs though? Maybe like big bunches of fluff or cotton.
