Oh hell yes I love this! Honestly what is wrong with you people? Have any of you played Resident Evil? Think of it this way... This builds up tension, I mean, right?
I agree with CyberNinja, this kind of room switching evokes good memories of the antici- pation, tension and fear I felt when I was opening a door in "Resident Evil" - gives you time to imagine and be scared of the "things" that may be in the next room... ^^ Definetely prefer this version over the simple "screen goes black" - solution! :)
I was wondering if there was any sound so i kept turning it up... my ears are now bleeding. Brilliant work though, cybernnja is right, builds the tension very nicely just like REmake did.
Last version was better. This will get seriously annoying after the 8th time.

thats cooool
Holy **** that was loud.
Truthfully, this WAS exactly like the original, only that the camera was closer and experienced head bobbing slightly, with footstep noises.
I have heard footsteps only in the beginning of Resident Evil 3.
Cool, but Annoying!
You should use both ways. Version 2 for new door you have not passed through yet and version 1 for doors you have passed through multiple times.
It goes in both ways.
I just didnt go back.
Skippable door scene in hammer...
I'm not sure, but i'll see what i can do.
I'm with the others i liked the old version better.
V3 has some stuff, that makes it much more comfortable.
Couple of new things (it took a while to get them work properly):
- AI is disabled, while the scene plays
- Teleporter angles work 100% now
