Looks like a creepy commercial for Sharpie. :P
Needs to be a little more runny looking. However, if it was on a mirror or perhaps one of those erasable marker board things it might still look scary (even if it was actualy written in sharpy).

one thing that would really make this rock, is if you made a mirror which reflected a wall ( which contained the decal ). And then made it so the decal doesn't appear on the wall.
( So the decal only appears as a reflection. )
That sort of stuff really creeps people out.
