Though you have an insane amount of rubble for the actual amount of destroyed architecture.
Its also very cluttered. You generally want to keep a flow working for the player so they don't get stuck or force them to take on an obstacle course.

Combat in this mess would get messy, but interesting.

I do like the use of windows, but they seem way too intensely whited out and barely look realistic.

I might suggest taking out the side windows and making the roof holes light the area up much more.
Also, some lamps/shop lamps would do much good to show the hallway was once lit up with something other than natural light.

Indeed. Windows still have yet to be fixed and filled. And as it says, this is a concept and it has Playerclip to sorta guide the player. And when we do add this, there will be no combat in this hall way/ corridor.
