this mod can highly stress your machine, I recommend at least this equipment. The new AI needs much more CPU than the previous AI, you have been warned. Also note the minimum video card I stated above. 64 bots really take much video performance out.

-Stronger processor or CPU might be very useful.
-BF2SPCC made by AIX2 team

Before you start off with the new patch you probably want to know what the new fixes are. I will first release the core package which is still compatible with the 0.3 maps pack also in this downloads section. So you shouldn't be worrying about having no maps. The new map pack with increased visibility for each map will also be released very soon. But expect it to be later than the core package release. I will increase the draw distance of objects and the draw distance of foliage in the maps pack of 0.4

The changelog of 0.4:
- Bots use vehicles
- Bots have high fire priorities in vehicles
- Bots don't flee anymore to cover when in vehicle
- Added a new bots behavior: LandvehicleWeights I felt bots needed other behavior in vehicles than when they were on foot (being infantry)
- Bots revive and heal immediately when teammate is shot.
- Increased friendly nametag distance

I don't want complains about the AI being too difficult. the AI is set on maximum skill by default. Just put it lower if you want them to be easier. this is where this setting is for. If you don't know what I am talking about look in your AIDefault.ai file.

I will take a look :) I will see if I can get the best elements out of it. I am looking for people to work together with. I hope to merge with another mod.

University school starts soon in Belgium. I will have 9 days from now to work the whole day on BF2 SP 128. This is why development is going so fast currently. But I am far from finished with the plans I have. I also added bleeding effect which you should check out for sure.

-When is ask AI to get in my vehicle they ignore.
-AI don't like to use vehicle.

I fixed it all! I can put my music in the mod if someone explains how to correctly convert wav to ogg... Every bf2 sound has a serial and bitrate which has to be the same. But I can't get the serial converted to the format it should be. The link provided with BF2 Sound Tools is dead

-Now friendlies no longer ignore to enter vehicle when asked.
-Friendlies will now revive teammates again
-AI will now use vehicles again. But they don't use them as frequently as humans. They still ignore vehicles sometimes (fixed)

If you have played the mod on botdifficulty 1.0 and now play it again on the same difficulty you will barely get a kill while on foot.

I hope you like my mod again. I have the core ready. I am currently testing the maps. Next release is tomorrow or Thursday.

Is everyone happy with the megaupload mirror? Or should I be using moddb or filefront?

No you don't need BF2 Assault mod. But it is a great mod with great special effects. I have learnt much from that author
