I suggest making the engines to look more like the existing supercapitalships of the progenitor. Maybe looking like Sajuuk's engine or the Dreadought'sor the Keeper's. Still a picture on those would be nesesary to determine if I am right.
Bottom textures along the centerline need some details.
Engine textures could use further subdivision than the six lines you have now. You can get creative too, since the only Progenitor engines we have to look at as an example are on a relatively square surface, or are on strikecraft. Play around with it a bit; maybe try adding spaces without engines.
The 3D model itself looks okay except it could use some detail geometry on the top and bottom, and the engines need some work. You need more polygons here; change around the shape, add details like engine guards, etc. The flat, 90° cutoff just doesn't look good. Not even the Hiigaran mothership has a flat cutoff. The Progenitor and Vaygr ships, frigates and larger are all good sources of inspiration for this ship's engines I think. Maybe do something really strange, like base the engines off the Vaygr mobile refinery, or one of the ships in HW1. With it's shape, you have almost complete freedom in designing the engines. The only limitation that I can think of is needing horizontal engine lines with yellow-orange coloration.
Of course, the above is just my opinion, anyone else have ideas?
