Battlestar Galactica Colonial Wars is a mod for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod changes and adds in new units to all factions within the game, the Empire and the Cylons ally with eachother so do the Rebels And the Colonials leaving the Zann Consortium to their own devices and for Zann to contentrate on his desire.
THIS MOD IS NOW COMPLETE, NO MORE FUTURE RELEASES WILL BE MADE TO THE MOD!

Battlestar Galactica The Awakening is a mod which will be based on Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption but this time it is a total conversion everything will change all the units and all the factions, the game mod will turn SW EAW into Battlestar Galactica Univerese of Terror, the mod name is BSG the Awkening and it will focus on adding in the Cylons and the Colonial As an independent faction in their own universe, this will be a good mod for anyone who is a fan of BSG.
United Modding the creators of Battlestar Galactica Colonial Wars would like to thank everyone who has supported them over the period of a year since this mod has been under construction, we have had our highs and lows throughout the modding year and it has been tough with many things turning problems we sorted them and managed to release mods so that the public could enjoy, i would like to thank the following people for their outstanding service and gratitude towards the mod team and the affiliated modding group (United Modding )
Major a Payne- For all of his hard efforts with the coding modelling and anything else which is in the mod.
Mrtom- For being a Dedicated member in the Moderation Department.
Without the above people this mod would not have been possible the mod has come its released but now its time has come to go, while we will be releasing the last version this does not meen the end of us, we will be back with better mods to come i hope to release another 4 mods hopefully for EAW and FOC before i perhaps move to mod a different game, at this moment in time i will stay with EAW and FOC.
On Behalf of the Staff at United Modding i would like to thank everyone for their hardwork, a new webpage and a permanant webpage will be put in place in the next couple of months so that this will showcase the final version of our mod and allow you to see the up to date versions and information needed on this page.

We have not yet updated the webpage recently, we would like to inform all players of the game star wars Empire at Wars Forces of Corruption, that our mini mod is complete, the mod is undergoing testing and other major changes over the next week, we hope to bring you a file which is bug free and Brilliant in about 3 weeks so sit tight and wait for the mod, in the mean time why not checkout the forums for more information on, http:/bsgmod.21.forumer.com, to get updates here.

Argggggh! You guys gotta come out with like a BETA or something im dying while i look at these screenshots!
Afanickton. Dont' panick. It won't be much longer. The alpha is in the process of being sorted out to remove any remaining bugs. When this is released, and I'm sure that Byron will want to agree with me, we dont' want a million bugs even though its a beta release, so everything has to be tested and retested. I'm going to attempt to add a small custom based imps v rebels GC (it won't be anything special) but am having a small problem getting the new planet I wanted to add in the game (its based around stock maps before anyone gets excited at the mention of a new planet planet). So hang tight and it shouldnt' be much longer unit a first official release is made.
The only current sound effects are for the Cylon TOS raider and unfortauntely the sounds do repeat themselves but at least its the first of hopefully many.
On this note, if anyone can provide good sounds from either tv series could they please contact me with information, links and such as this will speed the space section of this mod along.
I like the new pic you posted up but theres something that bothers me about the hardpoints the hangers are gonna be on the side of the ship just like in the show and also launch like in the show right?
Okay so for reference and information. There has been no release date set as this mod is still in its very early stages (and I do mean early stages). Your looking at perhaps 3% completion so far so its going to be some time.

Just an update for everyone. Byron now have the preliminary Alpha tested version (although I have gone slightly further than this). Once I get any final changes back from him I can compile the minimod, and it can be released.
Okay so a little background information. The original defender was of the old style and had a single hangar (its more of a support vessel than an actual carrier) slung between the engine/hull pylons (remember that this is a fan based design). I just made the hangar shorter, wider and added a second one.
As for the hardpoint locations. Thats still to be decided, and as for luanching of fighters. They should be launching from the correct place.
Currently the old series cylon raider has authentic sounds from the original series. We will be making every effort to get all units to have sounds but be advised that this may not always be possible.
We now have 2 Modellers 2 Skinners 3 mappers and 2 coders and 1 converter, we have many models converted and also the mini mod release date should be before the summer Holidays but if production continues like it is know it willl be sooner, also the web link is down as the webpage is having a major update so that we can post images of the models etc, this should be finished by the end of the month (may) so sit tight for the Mini Mod and also the Webpage, in the mean time visit the forums for a full update on Bsgmod.21.forumer.com, and join to keep up to date fully on emails and PM's also Ancient 442 yes we have a space for you to beta test lists of what you will be checking will be sent by PM to you.
