ah it is supposed to be a place higer than clouds are? nice work btw :) also if u want to do different size/height clouds, then try to do some good shaped mountains that fit the texture, that gives illusion of 3d clouds :)
I like it. But maybe put more cover at that flat area near the bottom. Good job
