This mod sets out to make something in the Pandemic-Style. Mods like Battlefront: Extreme and Battlefront: Zero are superb, but are certainly not done in a style Pandemic would have done. This is in no way a bad thing, my TCW mod set out to be as different from Battlefront as I could. Now, this does not mean I will do something I hate just to be like Pandemic.
This mod is mainly two things.
-A graphic update. I always wanted things to look much better than they do, so I set out to do so.
-A Side mod. As if we haven't see one of those before. The sides are all edited, and I worked for quite a long time to try and make it balanced. I am happy with the result.

It also adds new maps, and all BF1 Maps. New animations, models, weapons, effects, and everything expected of a high quality mod. As a side note: No Ground-to-Space. I know people want it, but it can't be done without loads of issues.

The Frayed Wires Mod Team is the developer and publisher, with THEWULFMAN as the leader and mod compiler, and some help from some non-team members. I would like to give a special thanks to these people.

In light of SWBF(3) being announced at E3, and considering I have too much on my plate to work on this, I am ceasing all work on this mod. I will be archiving this project within the week.

I will be keeping all the assets, I might use them in a future mod. I have a grand mod planned that I've talked little about in public, but oh is it going to be good. I will also divert more effort in TCW's direction(I want to get that out the door as soon as possible), as well as keeping up my continued development of Mass Effect Unification with Marth.

The whole reason I started the SWBF3 mod was because I gave up on SWBF3 being officially made, and with it announced at E3, I feel I do not need to make this. Additionally, there's a standalone project out there, for Crysis, trying to do the same thing. Battlecry, check them out. Moddb.com

Are you going to have the ground to space to starship feature? I saw in an earlier comment that you wouldn't, but I was hoping you had changed your mind since then.

Why not? There are maps already lined up for you to use. I mean if you really want battlefront 3, go big or go home. As the saying goes.

Considering how horrible the gameplay is on the current space to ground mods, I would rather have solid gameplay on the ground and in space separately than broken gameplay in both simultaneously.

Have you guys found a way around the 500 mission limit? I have the conversion pack and dark times and there's no way another mod will fit in the addon folder

IDK if this might work, but give it a try.

1. Create a new folder where you installed Bf2, default is C\Program Files\LucasArts (name it whatever you want, I will name this new folder rofl in the instructions)
2. Then copy everything inside LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront 2 folder and paste it into LucasArts\rofl.
3. Delete all the mods in LucastArts\rofl
4. Install this mod (When it comes out) in the rofl folder.
5. Create a new shortcut from the launcher in the rofl folder.
This should work I think, but never tried it myself. I do know it works for other games.

Sadly not. But removing a mod from the addon folder to play another is a common practice.
