Battlefield: Galactic Conquest will put you in the role of an every day soldier in the Star Wars universe. You will be able to choose between the Galactic Civil war and The Clone Wars and fight by either means of Land or Air in many of the Vehicles you can see throughout the Star Wars universe.
Take out AT AT walkers with your snowspeeder or battle around huge star destroyers in space, whatever takes your fancy!

Well idk alot of good mods die fast. but i to hope a good starwars mod gets released on hl2
how do i get release 5 to work?
i downloaded it, but when i open it evrything is right until i go to maps, it has the old maps from battlefield 1942, not galactic conquest,
and in battle everything is the same as battlefield 1942 except the map, and where you choose the classes, everyone is regular people not clones or anything, and the vehicles are still from battlefield 1942

i played the bot version of this and they all like to go prone...i dont like that...even tho its smart to do...but still, you would think its kinda tough luggin around white armor or a giant back pack...just a thought..
I remember playing this since the very first release! Hoth was the only planet but man it was like sweet nector. I played this for an entire night I had so much fun :P
Btw the clone wars + this would've sucked.. Should do the Dark Empire era would be nice! Right now I'm waiting for somone to accomplish a Star Wars mod for HL2. Would be fun especially on the Source engine!
looks like i wont be buying that baseball bat after all. turns out i didnt get the very latest, LATEST patch so i fixed myself thankx
hey everytime i connect to a server with this game it closes entirely and gives me an error report. why does it do this? i would like to know because, the only reason i spent over 5 hours of non stop troubleshooting to install BF1942 was to play this game and when i finally get to play it doesnt work. if someone could help me solve this problem, i may not have to spend money on a baseball bat and a new computer, thank you very much.
I have played many mods, mainly for quake3 and the battlefield saga... and let me tell you, this is maybe the best mod ever made.
