Battlefield 1918 is a total conversion modification for Battlefield 1942. The mod takes Battlefield 1942 into a whole new scenario, the first world war. Next to historically correct equipments and vehicles, we try to recreate the atmosphere of these WW1 battlefields as close as we can, keeping in mind the game we're working with. To achieve this, we've drastically changed the gameplay from the original game like so that you must now rely on teamwork, artillery, trenches and slow vehicles....

The new version features three all-new maps called Erzgebirge, Long Island Xmas and Rambo Rondell as well as the debut of two new player models (it is now Good Santa versus Bad Santa!) and our very own Corporal Coke XMas Truck (see pics below). A server is already set up und running by the DFL-Clan:

Remember that you need to have Battlefield 1918 3.0
already installed on your computer (as this is a mod-modification). One
final note for Vista users: There seem to be problems with Punkbuster
if you play the mod in Windows 98 compability mode, so make sure you
don't run the game in Windows 98 compability mode.
