The Ring World
In the year 3999, the UEG (United Earth Government) were bored, so they held a compitition for something amazing to happen for the next millenium. The evil Julian (Who is evil) decided to bring in slavery, so he created the Ninja Pirate, by mixing Custard and human DNA together. The Ninja Pirate was make to do all the work on earth without being payed anything, a band known as the "tree huggers" were strongly against this idea, so they formed the NPDT (Ninja Pirate Destroy Team) to kill off all Ninja Pirates. Because of the amount of NPDT members, Julians idea for the compitition was disqualified, so they wen't to the next best idea, which was to cut off a piece of the earth using pizza cutters, attach it to a huge metal ring and to launch it into space. The NPDT suggested to launch scotland into space, because Julian's fort was based in Glasgow (The most evil place in the world!) and the UEG agreed to this.
Ring World In Space
The Ring World drifted in space for along time. Julian managed to kill off all the other people on the Ring World by accident, so after a few hundred years, evolution repeated itself, and humans were born again. Only Julian knew about the true origins of the Ring World, and he kept this a secret from everyone. Due to a nuclear explosion (Caused by rabits simutaniously farting) something strange was created. Small round balls, called Materia arrived. Monsters and animals were born with Materia inside them, instead, humans have appendixes. Scientists managed to rig Materia out of the monsters, and found out of it's magical abilities. To learn about it's magical abilities, one has to got through fifty years of education about Materia, but scientists created an artifitial human Cell, born with the capabilities of using Materia. They named this cell: Gus. This cell split into a brother cell, known as: Felix, both with the Materia knowledge.

Gus has a friend called Andrew, who hates Felix's friend Lloyd, who hates Felix's other friend Fred, who is friends with Ali, who is friends with Oli, who is best friends with Felix, who is Gus's brother.
Gus and Felix tells their friends very quickly about how to use Materia, so this band of people become famous, and they go around doing small jobs for money and food.
It is now the year 4532. Ever since Materia began, metiorites kept on falling on biscuit shops, so Ninja Pirates create the Biscuit Protect Crystal, which stops these Meteorites from falling onto the Ring World. Julian Makes a biscuit factory with a super strong roof, and destroys the biscuit protect crystal, so his factory is the only one left, raising the price of biscuits, and making his one's the only biscuits for sale, so Julian is making enough money to take over the Ring World.
Gus and Felix randomly fight some Bandits, and they go off to bring biscuits back to the Ring World.
Story of How Battle World RPG Was Made
Originally, Battle World RPG was made on Microsoft power point, but when I got RPG maker XP, we re-made it for RPG maker, but after a while, my laptop broke, and we lost battle world. This is another remake of the other one. The Ninja Pirate was made as a custom character for Little Fighter 2, we needed to make it really bad, so it had a transparent body, with a yellow head, an eye patch, some hair, two scars that met in the middle of the chin, and probably something else that I forgot.
We really needed a name for the game, so we had to come up with something really bad and childish, so we came up with Battle World, it wasn't childish enough, so we shoved in RPG at the end.
We had to add elements from all our favorite games, so we did. I thought, if everyone liked those games, what if I had all those games appearing in Battle World RPG? And so it became an LF2, Halo, FF7, Pokemon and alot more, fan game.
Characters (So far)
LF2 NAMES ARE ACCESSABLE, STOP TELLING ME I RE-NAMED THEM ALL BECAUSE IF YOU PLAY IT YOU'LL SEE THE NAMES ARE RIGHT THERE. GOT THAT?
Gus (Played by Firzen) - Earth Mage. Main character of Battle World. Owns a Mansion/Fridge.
Felix (Played by Freeze) - Cold Knight. Main character of Battle World. Owns a radio station.
Andrew (Played by Louis-ex) - Lightening Lancer. Best friend of Gus. Hates Lloyd.
Oli (Played by John) - Thunder Mage. Best friend of Felix. Likes Chao baseball.

This game is a spoof. It is a spoof of Halo, a spoof of Resi, a spoof of nearly every popular game out there. If you REALLY care ALL that much and believe that we have breached copy right laws and are now making money from this game, please, go find some one taht gives a damn. Because we don't.

I'm sure some schools in this modern day teach people how to read. It's not a commercial game, it's what we game makers call a fan game, there are millions of them in the world.
We have not changed the names, the LF2 names are still used in game, just that if you chose "Random Name" option it'll come up with these names, which are named after the original Battle World team, who are all big, huge mega fans of lf2.
Ring World is a piss-take of halo, as is almost every element in the game. I though the fact it is a joke-game was made very clear.
The logo was actually made with photoshop.
The name ring world was from a book, not halo, it only happens that halo also took the idea of the ring world from the same book, go accuse bungie of copyright infringement.
We got these complaints time and time again, if you actually read the responses to them all it explains everything and none of them reply afterwards.
FAN GAME. It's spelt like this: F-A-N, G-A-M-E.
Think of it as a soup.

.. first off, the character portraits and characters in the screenshots are all from little fighters 2.. not only is that very unoriginal of you to steal the pictures and rename them into your own creation, but its also copyright infringment ..
second, the logo at the top of the page that says " battle world rpg" is a picture from the video game "halo" .. this is also both unoriginal and possibly violating a copyright..
last, the idea of the "ring world" is obviously based off halo, which is pretty lame on your part..
not to be an ingrateful moron, but if you're gonna make a standalone, you gotta use your own ideas too..
Materia. . .HA. . . Final Fantasy nooblets. At least make it a LITTLE Different next time. I mean, seriously, everyone is right when they are talkin about Copyrights.

Well, my brother, our friends and I began working on Battle World RPG about three years ago, but we ported it onto RPG maker 2 years ago. We got further than we have done now, but the computer sort of blew up and we lost everything. We started again, improving on EVERYTHING but it has taken us much longer.
(BTW sorry for lack of updates guys, it's not dead, but the computer sort of died again. :P We got it fixed now and work is progressing once again. Be prepared for a few clever surprises in the next update ;) )

You can't just rename characters like that. Unless you edit their portraits and sprites, it's considered as copyright infringement.

There's a choise to keep the names, change to custom name, or have a completely new name. Most people change the name to what they want, but some lf2 fans kept the lf2 names, whilst my team of people had the random names, which happens to be the same as my team of people's names. They complained that they weren't involved in the character's identities, but I said we had to keep the lf2 names incase something like this happens. So we all agreed to have those options. Have change name, where inside that there's an option to keep the lf2 names, or have a random name, where you get the names of the members of my team. I also told them that all topics of this project had to have the lf2 names, but they wanted to have their names on the topic page as well. I'm currently changing all topics so they say a.k.a (The lf2 name here) I've only just got to the moddb topic when I read your comment.
Oh yes, a few years ago we had a suggestion to change the name to Little Fighter 2 RPG, but after the vote it was 4 for battle world and 3 for LF2 RPG.
