They automatically do it in world builder, it is the ready stance.
Also, what would they use for white clothing exactly? Actually I mostly just want to know what you used, Halftrack. As in, did they stitch together smaller fabrics or steal enemy uniforms? I don't understand...

some used british made camouflage smocks, others just took white blankets, bedsheets or towels to blend in with the snow... this is one of my reference pics:

some german skins. not many. mainly detail stuff. I did a bunch of them last time, and no other unit was as much in need for a reskin than the rangers.

Description

The Germans are no longer the only ones wearing white camo. Although the US forces had no white winter clothes in stock, the troopers improvised and grabbed everything white they could use. so did I when skinning, and now presenting you the remaked Rangers Squad.
