Men of Gondor
Next up: The Gondorian part of the Men of the West faction.
Gondorian Soldiers
The Soldiers of Gondor are redesigned to look like the Soldiers seen defending Gondor in the movies, and as basic units for the Men of the West faction, they are greatly optimized for performance.
The Tower Guards
The Tower Guards have been given the same treatment as the Gondorian Soldiers.
Rangers of Ithilien
The Ithilien Rangers have been thoroughly redone by DúnedainRanger and capture the feel of a proper elite unit.
Faramir
The versatile Captain of Gondor has been given a complete makeover, also as a bonus, when dismounted he has his Ranger costume, and when mounted he wears his knightly armor.
Boromir
The sturdy, high definition Captain of the White Tower wears his iconic Fellowship of the Ring costume.
Aragorn
The King of the Reunited Kingdom wears his Black Gate attire from the films.

Besides all of them being spectacular! Aragorn and Boromir are just incredible! But what about good old Gandalf ?
Gandalf still has some work to be done, so we decided to leave him out of the update, but when he's done we'll be sure to show it off :P.
Beside Aragorn and smiling Boromir, Faramir is also done perfectly, I really like that shield! :)

But what's that with the tower gaurd shield... will they get a shield? It's maybe a stupid question but I'm just wondering..:)

The Tower Guard's shield will be used in the BFME 1 HD Edition. In BFME 2 their animation set don't use them.

I never understood why BFME2 took away so many cool little mechanics like the tower guards anims and formation.
