But isn't some Scale Armor be better than Armor like the Marshals of Rohan!? :)

It doesn't necessarily come off as rude, but the way you phrase it implies that we haven't fully thought it through, which we have.
Just giving them gold scale armor for HA is too easy, not satisfying enough, and most importantly not what EA did for their Rohirrim. So if we did, we'd have to consider it a downgrade in design, even if it is HD.

I understand,I actually have forgtotten that they were Elite Unit in BFME II,I must say now they really look like an fiersome Elite Warriors. :)
