Back2Fronts is an extensive mod that will overhaul your Call of Duty 2 game to a next level. This mod brings more variety, intensity, realism and battle-like experience. Try new weapons, fight new enemies, fulfil new missions and explore new options. Mod is SP and MP friendly (although primary part is SP).
The Moscow map has changed a lot. In the beginning, on the shooting scene, there is a T34 tank in the background. It is temporarily the latewar model but it will be changed once the earlywar one is created. In the prisoner part, the captured German soldier is random now. In the halftrack part, player must pickup Ppsh, grenades and smokes. The grenades are now RGD33 and RGD1. No more German Stielhandgranates or American smokes. And of course, Russian female was added to some parts.
As you can see, no more German Stielhandgranate or American smoke. You now have a regular Russian equipment.
Btw, the Russian guy who blows up a German machine gunner near the end of the mission is now also using Russian grenade instead of the Stielhandgranate.
