Russian soldiers were edited as well. Now you can encounter Soviet Commisars or soldiers with the field caps.

Any proof of russian soldiers were wearing this at WINTER?
Because this cap is summer only.
this map is not in winter tho.. but yea i think it uses the same soldiers so those forage-caps will appear on winter too
That's not a "forage cap", it is "side cap" (or "pilotka" in Russian). And as I said, russian female wears that in original game.
I don't know how it's called in english.
And it's not warm at all.
I have the same pilotka in real life.
BUt my variant is from 1980's
Pilotka, in English i gues is Peak cap. Ex-Yu Titovka
