Description
Uniforms for British Paratroopers were created so they can be used as enemies in the Market Garden map. They use larger percent of automatic weapons than regular British infantry. Their unique weapon is the De Lisle C.C. ("commando carbine"). Second weapon connected to them a lot is the silenced Sten.
Paras got a custom model for their uniform. They will feature also ranks (so far only privates are done).
As for headgear they got steel para helmet, netted helmet, para (red) beret and commando hat. Officers got visor caps.

yeah i got that cod1-price feeling as well from that picture (btw it's from 60s movie bridge too far). i am suspecting IW watched the movie and was like "hey that guy looks like the ideal british character for us - lets do him for the game".
as for the color - i have seen many photos of original uniforms (german, british etc.) and each piece had slightly different colour. i am 99% sure that this irregularity is caused by 2 factors - first, uniforms wear out (colors go off clothes when used extensively in battle) and second, color depends a lot on photographing conditions (light, lens etc.). what i did is to try blend the color between my image and the color that you posted.
