Im currently watching BTTF 1 on me psp and in the bit where marty tries to get george to ask lorain out you hear a guy ask for a cherry coke.

Its1955 in that scene but wikipedia says that cherry coke wasnt introduced till 1985 heres that article that says it En.wikipedia.org i know not a big mistake if any but still funny i think.

edit - why is this forum showing more then one space between each word but when i write it i only do one space?

People used to add their own flavours to drinks, and created cherry coke and such. But it wasn't made commercial till 1985. and there's only one space it just looks big to stretch the sentence out along that line.

The official Cherry Coke wasn't introduced until 1985. The unofficial put-in-cherry-or-any-other-fruit coke existed way before the 50s
