Ok. Also I think I know why it looks like it's hovering, that's an older screenshot when I was testing the car cols, I do remember the model hovering but I fixed that.

Apr 29 2007, 5:21pm Anchor

oh, ok. That explains the wheel colors then.

Apr 29 2007, 5:26pm Anchor

Yeah, the vid shows the final car. (Whenever it uploads I'll link it)

Apr 29 2007, 5:28pm Anchor

sounds good. So I'm taking it you'll be working on doc's clipper next.

Apr 29 2007, 5:34pm Anchor

Yup, that's next on my list. After that I'll move the Manure truck if trans_am_joey hasn't started it.

Apr 29 2007, 5:39pm Anchor

sounds good to me.

Ok, after taking a look at the transparency problem. I have no clue what is wrong with it. I tried removing textures, replacing the texture, remaking the windows, but they all seemed to fail. The only thing I see fit to do is to either retexture the entire model or delete the windows.

Apr 29 2007, 9:07pm Anchor

looks like retexture is the way. I'm wondering if it's the sa speculars that are messing it up.

Yeah retexturing is probaly the best option.

Apr 29 2007, 9:10pm Anchor

gonna try one more thing, which is removing all the stuff related to sa textures, which would be reflections and speculars and seeing if that solves it.

Apr 29 2007, 9:14pm Anchor

That may do it, I haven't worked with SA texturing so I wouldn't know. Oh and I'll send you the Ford.

Apr 29 2007, 9:15pm Anchor

yeah, i'm clueless about sa texturing.

Apr 29 2007, 9:37pm Anchor

well, there goes that idea

Apr 29 2007, 9:45pm Anchor

Didn't work did it?

Apr 29 2007, 9:46pm Anchor

nope. We have to retexture it somehow.

Speaking of textures, sure you have the right model? I get this on my wheels.

Oh, you know what I think I sent you the wrong TXD. My bad I'll resend it.

Apr 29 2007, 9:52pm Anchor

also need to make the chassis_vlo carcol compatable, otherwise it would appear white when distance gets too far.

Apr 29 2007, 9:55pm Anchor

Ah, I'll do that too, give me about ten minutes and I'll fix it. Anything else you want me to fix so I don't send you the car like five more times, lol.

Apr 29 2007, 9:59pm Anchor

just a question. Why do some interior stuff have no textures? like the trunk has reflections like it was the body itself.

I didn't want to make the TXD file too big. But I may be able to apply some textures to certain parts. I just don't want to have to re-unrap the body again.

Apr 29 2007, 10:07pm Anchor

ok. You don't have to, it was just a question.

Apr 29 2007, 10:09pm Anchor

I probably won't do the trunk cause it's a pretty big area but I will do the two small parts on the interior near the rear seat that I wanted to do but forgot.

Apr 29 2007, 10:18pm Anchor

ok, thats fine

Apr 29 2007, 11:00pm Anchor

Lookie what I got
