I haven't chosen any wheels yet. I'm thinking the OZ's but then the original wheels still look good to me.

Jun 27 2007, 1:15am Anchor

well the always time to change later. (not the reponse you probably wanted to here). lol

Jun 27 2007, 1:21am Anchor

Hehehe, well that's ok. I was actually thinking of making a few wheels with NFS Carbon and seeing how some of those looked with the car.

Jun 27 2007, 3:16am Anchor

Why don't you like the original DMC wheels?

Jun 27 2007, 5:25am Anchor

because it's the 04 delorean?

Besides, compare cars of the 21st century to cars of the 80s and you'll notice.......the wheels don't look the same.

Those wheels may become a trademark's tradition, but I see your point.

Jun 27 2007, 7:12am Anchor

I think the gullwing doors make a better trademark's tradition then the wheels.

Jun 27 2007, 8:56am Anchor

hey k, how about these wheels?

User Posted Image

i think they'd suit the 04' delo quite well

actually look at this

User Posted Image

the wheels on the 04 delo in the pic and the ones on the aston are pretty much exactly the same. same position and everything.

anywho, both me and delo think you should use the ones in the original pic/on the aston

I think I may just use those wheels from the Aston.

Ok, here it is, finally done, the NO TECH Hoverboard! My friend couldn't get the files to open correctly so I did my best on making the textures. Also one more question before I send these to you Delorean, would you like me to make the speed of the boards more realistic? I don't think skateboards and hoverboards are supposed to go 60mph.

good job. Only problem I see is the feet going through the board, but that can be fixed with new animations.
Also, whats the handling flags for the bike so extras rotate?

Delorean I was wondering if you had a chance to take a look at the "in car" speedometer on the bottom of page 4. Didn't know if this had been re-textured by you or carlos already and I was bored. lol

Jun 28 2007, 12:40pm Anchor

Here's the handling line, (kind of slipped my mind when I sent it) it stabalizes the boards though so they don't roll. I couldn't figure out how to get it so the extras worked with the orignal so this is the only alternative if you want to keep the extras. The only problem is that the primary board will hang out a little when you stop or it is sitting. That I can't fix.
Moped 0.30 0.01 0.30 0.015 0.0 43.0 0.92 0.70 0.7 0.1 35.0 -30.0 -0.007 1.0 .001

As for the feet in the board are you using that skateboard mod or the original. Cause I only made the mod for the one where Tommy is sitting not standing.

I saw your picture, but the speedo is out of proportion.

It should be like this:

In any case, I'll use something more detailed.

oh yeah, your right my numbers were a little to wide. oh well I'm sure it will turn out nice when it's done. That is a cool website anyways.

Jun 28 2007, 2:44pm Anchor

yeah, they are a tad too wide. Well, Carlos can find good textures as always.

k, i still need that handling line so extras move as well

Jun 28 2007, 7:38pm Anchor

It's 5 posts above you, it's the second handling line in the bikes section.

Jun 28 2007, 7:50pm Anchor

oh, i thought that was my post, haha.

Ok, got it. and like i said, new animations should fix the problem.

Jun 28 2007, 8:38pm Anchor

Delorean, I changed the handling on the hoverboard/faggio to the ones specified above and love it. nice and slow, good pace. One problem, the hoverboard/faggio cannot climb the small bridges in vice point and washington beach, thought I'd let you know. I'm sure HV will be a lot less hilly. lol

Jun 28 2007, 8:59pm Anchor

haha.....maybe i need to make it slightly faster.

Jun 28 2007, 9:32pm Anchor

Tommy has become the little engine that can't. hahaha I think one or two miles an hour fast will fix the problem. He can almost get to the top.
I haven't messed with it yet.
