Idea... Why can't lybians call doc from time to time, so he gives you side missions?

Jun 7 2007 Anchor

libyans are bad. THey try to kill doc.

Jun 7 2007 Anchor

So, they call him, they blackmail him, Doc calls Marty (the player) for help, like take the hoverboard and lurk the lybians leader to police trap?

Jun 7 2007 Anchor

How about no.

Jun 7 2007 Anchor

it was just a feature request...?

Jun 7 2007 Anchor

And I can deny a request. I don't have to put everything in.

Jun 7 2007 Anchor

plus as far as the lybians are concerned, docs dead. they shot him down. they dont know he was wearing a bullet proof vest.

Jun 7 2007 Anchor

That's the point I missed. But I think they would and back for the plutonium...

Well, the police can't really ignore what happened at the mall. I mean, look at that poor phone booth. I doubt doc can get rid of a vw bus within the night, especially if it can be traced back. Oh yeah, the police know the libyans anyway as being terrorists. Remember the news?

well its neither doc nor marty retrieved the van either so there's evidence of doc being there too. although considering they came home in the delorean which was parked 10-15 minutes running distance away its possible they srove to the delorean in the van and marty got in the delorean and they drove to docs place first then doc drove marty home.

If doc had his van wouldn't they just put the Delorean in it then bring it to his lab. Plus it couldn't start anyways cause the starter failed again. Just sounds a little more logical then having to drive both vehicles back.

Jun 8 2007 Anchor

good point

Jun 8 2007 Anchor

Or you could look at it realistically. Would you walk back to a car that is possibly broken, or would you drive the van that would could carry the car without having you to push it. I'd go with option 2

Jun 9 2007 Anchor

But Doc looked happy, though Marty nearly blew his lab up the day before, I don't think they had driven to the lab before Doc left Marty at home :P

Jun 9 2007 Anchor

ya just gotta wonder why doc had such a large speaker. he doesnt seem like the head-bangin' type

Jun 9 2007 Anchor

He would remove the player in the DeLorean then.

Jun 9 2007 Anchor

You think Marty would just let Doc walk in without a fight? lol. I'm sure he'll try to stall Doc and say he needs to get home or something, and maybe Doc agreed. Either that, or he chewed out Marty for a minute or so, but the time travel was too appealing. I mean, would he stay angry after he finished his 30 year dream? Plus, he never removed the radio in the Delorean. It's still there.

Jun 9 2007 Anchor

I say he WOULD if he didn't like music.

Jun 9 2007 Anchor

why would he go to the trouble removing it when he could simply turn it off. besides, theres more on the radio than just music

Jun 9 2007 Anchor

ugh, this is getting way off topic, starting with the 2nd post. Locked.
