added Norway to the list of playable factions. since it had no tanks or mechanized forces it was a pretty basic addition. however, one BIG problem for Norway is that they have no hand grenades or anti-tank weapons! right now they are easily the weakest faction in the game. in keeping with our tradition I've made sure to do some research before creating the Norwegian faction. I can naturally make changes later as I learn more and get some feedback. Norway is one of the defensive only minor nations featured in WW2 mode.
