Moscow now has 6 machine-gun turrets and nearly 100 infantry units available for self-defense. this adds an extra layer of gameplay to SP campaigns. these Japanese heavy tanks were destroyed several minutes later after enduring hundreds of Molotov cocktails being thrown at them. capital cities, like this one, will require thorough artillery preparation before launching major ground attacks against them.
does it deploy infantry automatically of do you recruit infantry like a bunker?
the infantry summons automatically.
Are they summoned by a distance trigger? For example an enemy unit could be 5 meters away. Or is it triggered by a unit attacking one of the buildings? Just curious
proximity based. it's the same game mechanic that summons fighters to defend your base against nearby enemies.
It'll be more ugly to attack a major city now. That's my thought XD XD
in a two vs two random map I just witnessed an enemy player get wiped out inside of five minutes because they were spawned too close to a neutral Berlin city center. I guess the morale of the story is if you get spawned too close to Berlin in a random map you should retreat a safe distance!
