like the newly added Mongolian defensive armies, Brazil is a neutral nation containing defensive armies. that means that it will fight any nation that attempts to invade it. even if these nations were historically allies with Brazil during the war. I felt that adding more neutral nations that could fight back would make WW2 games more interesting.
some of the border colors look a bit funny, you think you can change up the boundaries a bit so the colors wont look so weird?
