Inspired by the old RTS Star Wars: Rebellion, AotR brings many features from this game and other titles such as a more in-depth mission system, tech system, and many new units! Immerse yourself in the Galactic Civil War era as the fledgling Rebellion, the oppressive Empire, or the criminal Black Sun pirates. This mod is not for the feint of heart and will test your RTS skills with a completely overhauled AI and difficulty. Versions newer than 2.6 can be found on the steam workshop only (due to issues with the non-steam versions)
Good Morning fellows!Today I show you on of my personal Favorites since TIE Fighter - The Game (1994). The Cygnus XG1 Assault Gunboat.
The dark overhaul on the Alpha Xg-1 looks fitting to look like it's an Imperial fighter. I love it! Also piloted by Commander Dorja as one of the Imperial Fighter heros in the mod.
One of my favorite Imperial ships. It's a shame it wasn't depicted all that much outside of the X-Wing games.
Ah, the Assault Gunboat, one of the higher quality Imperial fighters which can serve as both a fighter and a bomber.
These guys were pretty annoying in old games such as X-Wing Alliance.

Curiously, this craft is about to be reintroduced in star wars canon... but on the rebel side!
