Generates mini mods to automatically build buildings in either your directly held demesne (e.g. county seats), baron vassals in your counties (e.g. county barons) or vassal barons (any direct vassal of yours whose primary title is a barony.) It honors build times, build costs, potentials, prequesitits, and technology requirements. It also benefits from local construction technology bonuses, though not from minister construction bonuses.
Should be considered beta release; seems fully functional so far but relatively limited testing. Changed upload to folder, as opposed to zip. Spammy events are now hidden; building complete events still shown.
Hey dude, great mod, but I want to know how does it work? and I can I use it with a current saved game? As I am running it but I am not getting any events or anything please help,
If you have it installed correctly there should be a decision for "Open Automatic Building Menu." In that menu is a decision to enable it.
It should work fine with existing saved games; most of my testing was done such. I don't know that I tested the inverse (removing it from an active game) though.
FYI, I updated the file, it should be simpler to install now. Some people on the forums had trouble getting it to run previously, for whatever reason.
Hello Iam trying to use this mod, but cant for the life of my figure out how to install it, never used this site sorry if you put the instructions somewhere
Iam used the the .mod way of doing things sorry
anyhelp would be apprectiated
You just extract the folder and .mod file into the same directory and you should be good to go. Generally that should be
C:\[your user name]s Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod
E.g. in that folder there should be a AutoBuild_VANILLA folder and a AutoBuild_VANILLA.mod file. Then you just enable it in the launcher when you run CK2 and you should be good. The only difference between this and steam is that steam automatically drops the file in that folder for you.
