At first we want to talk about the Arora Mod – Team.
The Team:
Our team has grown during the last months. At the moment 20 persons stillb working on the MOD.
A big change what we will provide you is our new Teamname.
Our Team got to choose a Teamname so we were looking for a Team Name.
The new Teamname is: Shock Illusion Studios We
hope you like this name! ;-) So let´s talk about the MOD.
Today we want talk about this thinks:

The Mod: So we are still working in SP and MP Part at the same Time. Everything interlocks in our Team.
In the MP Part we got some WIP Testings on our MOD Server.
Yes we know you think now yes we get some Ingame movies from the Multiplayer. But we must say no and sorry to you.
So let´s talk at first about the Weapons:
Weapons:
OICW:
The OICW (Objective Individual Combat Weapon) is a weapon that increases the normal Solider to serious enemy.
The OICW is able to fire normal bullets and also High Explosive Grenades.
A Fire Control Computer can be attached to the OICW. This special Computer guides the grenades into the currently locked target.
AS51:
The AS 54 is the further development of the AS 50.
Despite the similar appearance, this new weapon is far predominant to all other known sniper rifles. Its based on the Railgun technology. Because of the friction with the air the bullets die away after they left the muzzle.
So this technology was only used in space since now!
The new projectiles of the AS 54 endure this heat. They can reach a speed witch is absolute deadly after many kilometres.
USP:
As the predecessor, the USP Match from 1989, the modern USP consists out of highstable polymers. However both weapons are despite their similar appearance entirely different:
Instead of usual projectiles, the USP fires high energy laserbeams. Only the nano cells from the nanosuit can absorb the beams, all other materials vaporize when having contact with the beam.
The magazine contains high effictive fuel cells which can produce enough energy for a beam in 1ms. Even so the magazine has to be changed after 12 shots, since the cells got empty.
Although the old match attachment was only a barrel weight, the new one bundles the Laser for higher precision.
AR512:
The AR512 is the Next generation Assault rifle used by the US Army and the NATO Forces.
Its the perfect close combat weapon. Its light, has low recoil and the fire rate is very high.
This weapon does not use many electric systems witch can be damaged by electro magnetic fields. So there is no effective chance to destroy the weapon.
AP100:
Unlike the USP the Assault pistol doesn't have technological innovations, but it impresses with its easy handling and its high fire power. Using a new recoil damping mechanism the shooter can steady his weapons even in burst mode. By now munition with man stopping power is necessary to survive on the modern battlefields.
The HUD:
We´ve got the first Pr‐Alpha HUD. But we must say the HUD is actually not ingame.
So we are still waiting for a answare from Scaleforce for the SDK.
So this is the First look for the Pre‐Alpha HUD.
