It is the year 1973. The world repels the deployment of Yuri's Psychic Dominator network. To counter their efforts, Yuri's secret moon base decided to turn the most fearful force into a weapon: gravity. However, they did not expect the gravity distortions their experiments caused to be picked up by an outside force...

After the Great World War ended, some Allied scientists have started experimenting with Soviet Tesla Tanks, to see what else their weapon is capable of. Instead of generating lightning bolts, these scientists aimed to further tweak their radar jamming ability. During this process, the scientists eventually made the radar jammer to not just erupt radars, but by launching an unstable ball of electricity, disable a vast amount of vehicles. However, these experiments were not welcomed in the main Allied arsenal, and only after the US was lost, France started to deploy some for field tests.
