I'm not one for white lighting, maybe if you could make the lighting more interesting? Or is this not finished. Because that light on the roof doesn't seem to be coming from anywhere too. :P

25% of map is complete.. you will se how it looks when it will be complete.
as tlopik say its 25% finish.. I am currently working on different techniques to light effects, because im new into mapping in Source SDK, so light is different, you need more entities and so on. It will also be bigger in the parking garage, because i think it is too small right now. The lights is going to be perfect once it's done.
