As March 1st dawned, that all changed. An eerily quiet starship of unknown design hung motionless high in the sky over Tau1 Gruis II. Everything we thought we knew, everything we had been told about being alone, was all proven wrong in the blink of an eye.
No one had seen them coming. No one was prepared.
Welcome to Asylum, a total conversion for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars developed by the team that brought you Halogen and had a hand in some of the most successful modifications for Generals and Zero Hour.
Asylum brings you to a future war of extermination between the humans of the Colonial Guard and 74th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and the mysterious Saiphan race. Advanced infantry fire teams, heavy plasma cannons, massive double-barreled artillery pieces, unstoppable tanks, all these are yours to lead across a new battlefield that will change the way you think about strategy.
Below a few of the features that will define Asylum:
Asymmetrical Gameplay:
The humans and Saiphans are two completely different races, and this will be displayed literally in gameplay. From units to how they gather resources, both sides are polar opposites. Their units don't perfectly counter each other, forcing you to think of actual tactics instead of placing one unit type against another.
"The Frontline is Everywhere":
Our economic model does away with the old RTS standard of sitting in your base and collecting resources that are conveniently close by while walling yourself in with defenses. You are forced to find your own resources across the map, either by capturing and holding key points as the Colonial Guard, or laying waste to everything and collecting the remains as the Saiphans.
Epic Campaign:
Play the siege of Tau1 Gruis through the eyes of a Colonial Guard ground commander or a Saiphan invasion coordinator. Battle through ruined suburbs, military bases, burning cities and massive starports to save the colony or exterminate it.
Advanced Graphics:
The power of the SAGE engine will be harnessed to its full potential to continue our tradition of taking our looks a step beyond the normal. Advances in lighting and shadows allow us to create a far more convincing environment.
Make your decisions accordingly.

You didn't really ask for it but you're getting it anyway. The teaser for Asylum is now online. Follow the link below to the full quality download. Just keep in mind the footage is a bit old and most of the ugly C&C3 particles have been replaced, like in the image.
Enjoy your 4th.

Is the mod still on C&C3 or have they moved to Kane's Wrath?
No, we didn't switch games again.
Kind of hard to switch to Kane's Wrath when it doesn't have an SDK and fucks up your computer with DRM bullshit.
whats to good thing to move to kane´s wraith only the extra units/upgrade´s or what...
