ASM, A Small Mod. This mod is aimed to be very little smally tiny. So if you expect huge changes or a TC (total conversion) mod, you'll be disappointed. Dedicated to imitate the atmosphere and gameplay of the original Red Alert 2 and Red Alert 2 Yuri's Revenge, the mod is supposed to be something like an expansion pack to RA2:YR.

so whats the damage difference and whats the cost difference?
oh and its looking good to but a little more difference with 3rd tier would be good to show some more damage
Damage difference will be great, cost - very little. If 2/3-tier enabling building costs will be changed (i.e. $5000 and $7500 respectively), better base defenses will drain only more power, and in some cases, also money.
