Artillery 2 is based around our Present day warfare (hence the name). Originally Artillery 2 was supposed to be a realstic mod but just like its predecessor Artillery 2 is not realistic but more or less along the lines of action movie firepower. A2 does have Real weapons this time, but they aren't exactly like their real life counter-parts(Increased Ammo, Increased or Decreased Firing Speeds, etc). It just takes things that are realistic and beefs them up to make it fun. Artillery 2 will need Darkplaces Engine to run correctly when its finished.

Artillery 2 v1.A for Quake 1 has been released. It adds quite a few new features from new art to code, You will need Darkplaces for A2 to run correctly. Have fun.

Some new weapons added, along with some new models/skins, some new sounds, and a few tweaks to the AI with some other changes aswell. Requires Darkplaces....

lol pretty interesting, better than Navy Seals Quake, but you need better weapon models. Try scouring the Counter Strike pages on FPS Banana, port the models to HL1

if you would the source files for such models, send me a message, I should be able to help with that (sadly I don't know how to compile Quake models)
