This is a screen you get when you attempt to remove a mutant part, obviously each mutant has its own screen. You can fail to get parts by wrecking them, You need to buy hunting knifes that need maintaining and you get taught how to remove parts and you must then gain experience.
Until you are good enough you will reguraly blunt your knife, hurt yourself with it and damage the body part making it worthless, Practice makes perfect as they say.
