Hmmmm... Well, basicly, not a bad idea, but in my opinion, this white colour doesn't look, emh, normal in the Zone - every damn enemy would see ya from 4 kilometers with this on your arm.
The arm bands are also used in real life much like this design for a reason.
But the medic applies these armbands the second he starts working on a wounded colleague.
That way he shows the enemy that he is not to be shot at according to global rules of engagement.
A medic with applied armbands that starts shooting makes himself a legal target according to RoE.
So in this case I would say that it is either a mad dutier or a very naive one who hopes that people in this place respect RoE and therefore can take the first shot in many situations...
Well, in the zone, you never know who's scoping you with an AK behind a bush 70 meters away. Or a stalking bloodsucker looking for his next meal. Though i don't think they care much for the RoE, heh. Well, i really wish there was a way to apply the arm band for only one arm, but you know how it goes. I could place the cross on his hood, though.
This is not actually a "new" model but just a reskin of the regular duty fighter. I thought of it and just started skinning, so hey, here it is.
Enjoy!

Rules of engagement for what? I dont think insurgents give a **** about RoE...
IMO - awesome idea :)
Cant wait to make this guy spawn more medkits than regular Dutiers - player will be able to trade with him and resupply while being in the field.
Good idea - and Simbalime: nice execution
