This mod is about giving realistic infantry combats and armoured warfare with realistic data to each weapon used. That and by adding realistic military units and division that took part in Overlord.

Im not a expert in modeling, I can do some simple thinkg like planes and weapons, but even though my software doesnt work with the plug-ins.

If I could fine the backpack I could mix the model with the Object Editor who actually doesnt work either on my computer (for some obscure reasons).

But I think I've seen one with backpacks on the CoH forum, I'll see if I can ask the maker of it.

There are 2 different ways to have riflemen with backpacks fit for ww2 americans, alpha out the medic/officer skin except for the backpack, reskin it so it doesn't have the medic symbols. Or you could download BDNY's backpack (I recommend it)

BTW the patches look better and more visible now.

It's easy, just put it into your mods folder, then you just add the entry to the abp for the unit you want it to use. By the way, if you want to give it to riflemen I suggest making a new abp solely for the backpack which loads the backpack and the riflemen abp, then only let the riflemen load this abp. This will make sure only the riflemen get it and not thoe rest of the units who use the riflemen abp.

Also, I want to ask, did you get the canadians with turtle helmets working? Everything should be in the DL I sent you, just load the abp through the engineer entry in the ebps of the canadians and it should work.

Yeah I figure it out pretty easily. And I'll just give it to the rifleman abp, anyway I'm the kind of guy who will create a new abp for any new units and entity ( actually got 3 different for the riflemans).

I havent yet play wit hthe canadian. Im trying to set up some tools to work with 3ds max 12 (witch isnt a great sucess yet) because I need to mess with some RGO in the Object Editor.

Mmhmm, I saw you were having troubles on the RN forums. But I hope you do get the RGO edits working, I understand you have to have 3ds max exporter not just for models but apparently for animations too (for the bones)

If you do get it working I hope you maybe add rolevariations and model mixes etc. done for infantry (specifically canadians :D) so that there are more of them out there, right now only very few people I know of do infantry editing for animations and such but they don't share or don't do it anymore so the community and people like me are sorta out of luck (since I am having pipeline issues with the OE since 2.602 patch)

But anyways, I wish you luck and hope you try out the canadians, I think you'd like em'! BTW, I'm also making UI (based of yours) for canadian sergeant, captain and riflemen and the riflemen/sergeant will have turtle helms in the icons so if you do get the canadian stuff I sent you then maybe you could check out the UI that goes with it.
