Armageddon Mod is a mod for Aliens vs Predator 2 changing quite a few things in term of game play. It adds new characters and weapons, and even some special abilities. Be sure to try it out if you own AvP2!

Hey everyone, I come to you with an apology for not having any updates on my mod. The reason being is I rarely ever play Aliens vs. Predator 2 anymore. And with that, there has not been any updates to my mod.
Now I'm sure some of you are probably waiting on an update (doubtful). Well, I highly doubt there ever will be one. Unless I decide to want to get back into modding it, I highly doubt I will what with Aliens vs. Predator (3) coming out in 2010.
That being said, another reason I haven't worked on the mod is cause I cannot even think of how to go about adding new and different characters and weapons. I also have lost the source code for the game. Regardless, if anyone out there even pays attention to this page and is waiting for the day I update with content say something and I'd probably be willing to get back to modding it.
Also if need be I can try to host a server for the mod if people are actually still interested in playing, just need to let me know!

uhh... why predalien is red?
Ok man I didn't notice this mod lol well heres a list of things you could do.
1. deployable sentry guns in campaign and in multiplayer
2. add queen as a playable alien in multiplayer but there and make her a little stronger then the predalien with no lunge ablitiy (don't over power her.
3. The predator soldier could be added he would have a smart disc a super plasma shouler gun (2 if possible)a that uses energy speargun and see through walls ability but it can only be used for a short time (like 10 seconds and a 3 minute recharge time)and o predator pistol and a plasma grenade.
4. A marine special forces with a sniper/machine gun (it can zoom right in) and the rest of the load like is the same as a marine.
these are only idea's except the deployable sentry gun thats a must have.
1. I don't know how to program, so that's unlikely
2. Already done
3. MIGHT be possible, will give it a shot.
4. Hmm, might do that. But there are already 2 with miniguns and like 3 or so with Sniper Rifles (normal only edited to look more like Rail Guns and one .50 cal sniper)
as for sentry guns, it's unlikely but I might find a way.

Queen is already playable... you just have to set up the queen molting kills in the multiplayer options next to the exosuit option.
Obviously you do not have AVP2 Primal Hunt which has deployable sentry guns.
The last two just sound like imba units.

Did you ever play AVP: Extinction for the PS2?
I would like to have access to some of the weapons/characters from that.
Such as the New breed of aliens developed by the Corporates, Maybe in the form of a special character for the corporates based on a drone alien.
Also Deployable Predator Turrets would be an awesome idea to reverse the whole affect that sentry guns have in vanilla avp2:ph and instead trap human characters in there hiding places.
Predator blazers which are similar to what Zerg said except the fire flames from dual shoulder guns, which has a limited range. Maybe make it as a secondary attack so that the predator can have his wristblades out for main attack.
Also a medic class for the marines would be nice, that way marines would have more of a reason to stick together.
PH SUCKS!!!! so bad I had it and played it once and sold it online lol, it was such a disappointment AVP2 is the best PH is a must not have.
Yeah as I stated I haven't seen this mod until I saw it at the top of the list. I'll give this a download.
Alright well, some people think that some of the predators I have are from Extinction, but the aliens are a new breed all together. They are actually Elemental based (in a sense) and I also have one that lays facehuggers (basicly a carrier) and a chameleon drone (bends light) As for Turrets I cannot do that, I have the source code but I do not know how to program so that is out of the question for me. As for a medic class marine/corp well, that's another thing I believe needs programming which I cannot do. As for Primal Hunt I do not have it and this is just an AvP2 mod, not a PH mod. Oh and I did make queen available to play in my mod, though I may change that.
