The civilization is supposed to represent the entirety of Low Countries, so neither name is really inclusive enough. I went with Dutch as the most well known group from the region, although the bonuses are probably closer the Liégeois or Flemish.

I have a error with this civilization: The farms are so tiny and the size is different when it are reutilized (Sorry for the bad english,in spanish: Esta civilización me da un error horrible cuando la uso: Las granjas al inicio son pequeñas,pero al ser reutilizadas cambian su tamaño.

The farms are supposed to be smaller. This can cause problems in the scenario editor when changing teams, but there's not a way to fix that without removing the bonus entirely.
